Just like the standard version, the Total Black strainer is designed to be easily cleaned: it can even be washed in the dishwasher for quick and practical maintenance.

This finish is the result of a highly technological process which, thanks to the physical vapour deposition of a thin film of extraordinary hardness, allows for a surface coating with exceptional technical and aesthetic characteristics.

Compared to common surface finishing methods, PVD coatings are non-toxic, hypoallergenic and biocompatible, as well as being characterised by high hardness. They are extremely resistant to scratches, abrasion and corrosion and are unaffected by acids, alkalis, solvents and household products.
