A refund can be requested by the customer within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product, both in the event of a damaged product and in the event of an error or reconsideration of the customer. 

If the product arrives damaged, the refund we make is equal to the total amount spent by the customer; if the error or change of mind is on the part of the customer, the refund is made net of shipping costs (15% of the purchase price). 

Shipping is free on orders over €300. For Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and remote areas, a €5 surcharge applies, and delivery times may be extended by 24/48 hours.
