Right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. You can send your request directly from the "Orders" section of your account, or by writing to info@evhoc.it with your order number. We refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Damaged or defective product. All shipments are insured. If your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 days of delivery at info@evhoc.it. In your email, please include your order number, the first and last name of the person who placed the order, and a few photos clearly showing the damage or defect, ideally including the packaging. We will refund the full amount paid or replace the item free of charge, whichever you prefer. This does not affect the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Shipping is free on orders over €300. For Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and remote areas, a €5 surcharge applies, and delivery times may be extended by 24/48 hours.
