No. Promoted products are brand new, part of the current Evhoc collection, and ship in their original packaging like any other order. A promotion changes the purchase terms, not the condition of the product.

Can I buy promoted and full-price products together?

Yes. You can combine promoted items with other products from the collection in the same order, for example a kitchen sink on promotion with a matching faucet. The full order total counts toward the €300 free shipping threshold.

Can I return a product bought on promotion?

Yes. Promoted products carry the same 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery as the rest of the collection, following the terms set out in our returns policy.
