At Evhoc, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free from start to finish. Below you’ll find all the information regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Right of Withdrawal (Changed Your Mind?)

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This right is granted to all consumers within the European Union in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

1. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You can submit your request online in just a few simple steps:

  • Log in to your account and access the Orders section.

  • Select the order and the product(s) you wish to return.

  • Submit your request.

You will automatically receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.

Alternatively, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw by emailing info@evhoc.it, indicating your order number and the products concerned.

2. How to Return a Product

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete with all accessories supplied for installation. You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Use a tracked and insured shipping service to protect yourself against loss or damage during transit. Any damage caused during return transportation may result in the refund not being issued.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received at our facility and its condition has been inspected, we will refund the full amount paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return.

A full refund will only be granted for products returned intact, complete with all supplied accessories, and in the same condition in which they were received. If the returned product is found to be damaged, including damage incurred during return transportation, incomplete, or altered as a result of improper handling, no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide either a full refund or a free replacement, depending on your preference.

To initiate a claim:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@evhoc.it.

  • Attach photographs clearly showing the damage or defect so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Collection of damaged products is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where applicable, collection may be arranged only upon prior confirmation from our customer service team and depending on the type of product purchased.
