All our products come with free shipping on orders over €300 across most of the country. For Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and remote areas, a €5 surcharge applies.

If the product arrives damaged, returns or replacements will be completely free of charge, or a full refund will be issued based on the customer’s needs, the costumer must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

Yes, the products come with a warranty that varies depending on the category:
Faucets have a 5-year warranty
Stainless steel sinks have a 2-year warranty.
Composite sinks have a 10-year warranty.

PayPal - Your order will be processed immediately, and we don't apply any additional charges to the total order amount.

Satispay - Your order will be processed immediately, and we don't apply any additional charges to the total order amount.
Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) - Your order will be processed upon receipt of the transfer in our account, and there are no additional charges.

Yes, a receipt is issued for every order placed or an invoice, depending on the customer's request and needs.

Absolutely, you can request an invoice at the time of ordering by completing the appropriate fields during checkout or by providing details in the "notes" section. If an order is submitted without invoice details, a standard purchase receipt, or regular fiscal receipt, will be issued by default, which will be sent along with the product.

Customers have up to 14 days from the product delivery date to request a refund, whether due to damaged goods or customer error/change of mind.

If the product arrives damaged, you'll receive a full refund equal to the total amount you spent. However, if you've ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, the refund will be issued minus our incurred shipping costs (which amount to 15% of the purchase price). So, in such cases, you'll receive an 85% refund of the purchase price.
