Terms and conditions of service
Refunds or replacements may be requested by the customer within 14 days of the product delivery date, in the event of an error or change of mind on the part of the customer. If the error or change of mind is on the part of the customer, the refund will be made net of shipping costs (15% of the purchase price).
If the product arrives damaged, the customer can report it within 7 days of the delivery date and we will issue a refund equal to the total amount spent by the customer, or we will replace the item completely free of charge, depending on the customer's needs.
During this period, we have chosen to temporarily postpone shipments to avoid any inconvenience. Shipments will resume as normal at the end of this busy period.
Shipping is free for orders with a minimum value of 300,00€. For the regions of Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and disadvantaged areas, shipping costs require a supplement of 5,00€;
