Delivery times

Orders are normally delivered within 24–48 business hours from payment confirmation.
For deliveries to the islands (Sicily and Sardinia), delivery times may extend to 48–72 business hours.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, a notification containing the shipment tracking code is sent.

Possible variations in delivery times
During promotional periods, seasonal sales, public holidays, or in the event of a high volume of orders, the delivery times indicated may be subject to variation.
Any delays are not attributable to Evhoc but to operational circumstances related to logistics and the couriers involved. Evhoc remains committed to providing the best possible service.

Shipping costs

Free shipping
Shipping is free for all orders with a minimum value of €300.00.
For deliveries to Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, and remote areas, a €5.00 surcharge applies, even in the case of free shipping.

Free shipping – Evhoc Care line
Products from the Evhoc Care line are eligible for free shipping.
When at least one Evhoc Care product is included in the order, shipping for the entire order is free.
