SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Good news! Shipping is free for all our products across most of the country. However, for regions like Sicily, Sardinia, and Calabria, there's a small shipping fee of 10 euros.

How soon will my order arrive?

We aim to get your order to you fast! Typically, you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days. For deliveries to the islands, it may take a bit longer, about 48-72 business hours.

Sometimes, there might be delays due to production or unforeseen circumstances, which could extend delivery times to a maximum of 7-10 business days.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address than the billing address?

Absolutely! You can specify a different delivery address than the billing address. Just let us know where you want it delivered, and we'll make it happen!

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

What payment methods can I use?

We offer the following payment methods:

PayPal - Your order will be processed immediately, and we don't apply any additional charges to the total order amount.

Credit Card - Your order will be processed immediately, and we don't apply any additional charges to the total order amount.

Klarna - Your order will be processed immediately, and we don't apply any additional charges to the total order amount.

Satispay - Your order will be processed immediately, and we don't apply any additional charges to the total order amount.

Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) - Your order will be processed upon receipt of the transfer in our account, and there are no additional charges.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

Will I receive a purchase receipt?

Yes, a receipt is issued for every order placed or an invoice, depending on the customer's request and needs.

Can I request an invoice?

Absolutely, you can request an invoice at the time of ordering by completing the appropriate fields during checkout or by providing details in the "notes" section. If an order is submitted without invoice details, a standard purchase receipt, or regular fiscal receipt, will be issued by default, which will be sent along with the product.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How long do I have to request a refund or make a return?

Customers have up to 14 days from the product delivery date to request a refund, whether due to damaged goods or customer error/change of mind.

What is the refund amount?

If the product arrives damaged, you'll receive a full refund equal to the total amount you spent. However, if you've ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, the refund will be issued minus our incurred shipping costs (which amount to 20% of the purchase price). So, in such cases, you'll receive an 80% refund of the purchase price.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes, the products come with a warranty that varies depending on the category:


Faucets have a 5-year warranty

Stainless steel sinks have a 2-year warranty.

Composite sinks have a 10-year warranty.

Are the products brand new?

Yes, all products sold on our website are brand new, with original packaging and accessories.
