Refund policy

Refunds may be requested by the customer within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product (for purchases made in Italy), either in the case of a damaged product or in the case of an error or change of mind on the part of the customer in the order. If the product arrives damaged, the refund we make is equal to the total amount spent by the customer. If the customer has placed an order in error or in case of a change of heart, the refund we issue is made net of the shipping costs incurred by the company (20% of the purchase price) and following the resending of the product at our warehouse. The choice of courier and the cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. The refund will only be made following verification of the integrity of the product, which must also be complete with all the accessories supplied for assembly. 

Right of withdrawal

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or renounce the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid on site. advance payment.

Method of exercise: To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days following the delivery of the products or within 14 days following the purchase of the services, by sending an email to, containing all the information necessary and useful for a correct processing of the return and refund procedure. This communication must necessarily contain everything indicated below:
